DyLight dyes give you outstanding immunofluorescence results in flow cytometry and microscopy.

DyLight dyes are excellent alternatives to Alexa Fluor®, CyDye® and LI-COR® fluorescent dyes. DyLight dyes provide intense fluorescence and sensitivity requiring less conjugated antibody to study your cells than FITC and RPE, saving you money.

They are primarily suitable for use in immunofluorescence techniques such as microscopy and flow cytometry though may also be used in ELISA, Western blotting, high throughput screening and other array platforms.
Their absorption and emission wavelengths are compatible with popular fluorescence instrumentation, so you won’t have to change your preferred method of imaging.
We currently offer the following DyLight dyes conjugated to primary antibodies and secondary antibodies, and they are also available for custom conjugations to the antibody of your choice.

DyLight 405
- Exceptionally resistant to photo-bleaching and is an ideal blue fluorophore for demanding fluorescence conditions
- Equivalent to Alexa Fluor® 405 and Cascade blue dyes

- Outperforms FITC and Cy2 with fluorescent brightness, photostability and pH stability

- Has a bright and more photostable fluorescence than Cy3 dye

- DyLight 649 closely matches Cy5 spectral properties with brighter and more photostable fluorescence

- DyLight 680 is a superior alternative to Cy5.5
- Can be separated from Texas Red or Rhodamine
