Immunoglobulins
We offer a choice of monoclonal or polyclonal antibodies, including whole IgG molecules, or F(ab’)2 fragments. All secondary reagents in our “STAR” range are affinity-purified, and have been carefully optimized for specificity and titer.
Several of our anti-mouse, anti-rat, and anti-hamster IgG reagents have also been carefully adsorbed against rat and mouse immunoglobulins to avoid cross-species reactivity.
Secondary antibodies
AbD Serotec offers high-quality secondary antibodies with guaranteed performance specific for mouse, human, rat, hamster, goat, rabbit, and sheep. Suitable for applications including ELISA, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry and Western blotting.
AbD Serotec’s secondary antibodies are available with the traditional alkaline phosphatase, biotin, FITC, HRP, RPE, Texas Red® and TRITC labels as well as our new high performance Dylight™488, Dylight™549, and Dylight™649 fluorescent conjugates.
Antibodies for quantitative assays
AbD Serotec offers highly-specific anti-human IgG antibodies for human infection assays. Including our anti-human IgG Fc (CH2 domain) monoclonals that provide accurate, reliable and consistent quantification of human antibody titers.
These detection antibodies are ideal for sandwich assays and although they are available from stock in purified, FITC and horseradish peroxidase formats, they can be made to your specification and supplied in bulk.
